1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VenturVerdict ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VenturVerdict provides AI-powered business plan analysis using multiple AI agents. You submit a business plan, pay a one-time fee, and receive a detailed report with scores, findings, and recommendations.

3. AI Limitations & Disclaimer

Our reports are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. VenturVerdict reports are intended as a thinking tool — not professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice.

• Reports do not guarantee business success or failure
• AI agents may miss context, nuance, or industry-specific knowledge
• Market data and competitive analysis may not reflect real-time conditions
• Always validate insights with domain experts, real customers, and advisors

VenturVerdict is not responsible for any business decisions, investments, or actions taken based on our reports.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are one-time and non-recurring
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay
• No refunds are provided once report generation has begun (typically within seconds of payment confirmation)
• If report generation fails due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-run
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to support@venturverdict.in

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of the business plan content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI pipeline for the purpose of generating your report.

Our content: The reports generated are provided to you for personal use. The VenturVerdict platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI system
• Use the service to generate reports for resale without our written consent
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass payment verification or exploit the service
• Use automated tools or bots to submit plans or abuse the API

7. Confidentiality

We treat your submitted business plan as confidential. We do not share it with competitors, investors, or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we are not liable for inadvertent disclosure resulting from security breaches outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VenturVerdict's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or decisions made based on our reports.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
